How We Protect Your Information:

Any cancellations made prior to payment being received, will not be penalized, as the booking is not considered confirmed by the hotel until payment is received in full.

The hotel reserves the right to sell any unconfirmed booking without notice. The hotel will endeavor to contact clients should this happen; however, this cannot be guaranteed.

Provisional unpaid reservations may be bumped, to accommodate confirmed and paid bookings. However, we will endeavor to alert clients if we can reach them, in advance of such a cancellation, should we have an enquiry for any rooms that have been provisionally reserved, to offer the client the opportunity to make payment and secure the booking. However, the Delborough reserves all their rights in this regard, in its entirety, and may cancel all or any bookings without prior notice at any time.

By using our website or making reservations with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined in this Term of Use.

1. Bookings are only 100% confirmed if 100% payment has been made.


2. Check-in is not allowed without 100% payment received for the booking prior to checkin, unless an agreement to the contrary has been concluded with the General Manager or Executive of the Hotel.


3. Cancellations made 0-7 days of check-in are forfeited at 100%, and rebates will not beoffered.
   Cancellations made 8-15 days prior to check in will attract a 75% rebate
   Cancellations made 16 or more days prior to check in will attract a 95% rebate to defer administration and banking costs.


4. Should the hotel be unable to provide the expected level of service due to Force Majeure, no rebates or refunds will be owed to the client.
